About the Event
This Program is meant for Personnel responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s reporting solutions. Participants will gain an understanding of the set up of the GASB Financials Template to facilitate the successful implementation of the solution in their organization. We will cover establishing defaults to apply standards across all files, customizing statements, schedules and note formats, and creating organization-specific content.
Learning Objectives:
This Program is designed to provide owners of the GASB Financials Template solution with the knowledge necessary to implement the unique formatting and reporting requirements for their organizations. The seminar also provides guidance on creating, managing and updating content within the solution. After completing this program, attendees should have a proficient understanding of the following:

...in accordance with NASBA 50-minute hours in order to accommodate mandatory breaks during the training session. In order to receive CPE, individual attendees must meet certain attendance and participation requirements.
Recommended Prerequisites:
For optimum success in any of our programs, we recommend basic computer literacy as defined by the Internet and Computing Core Certification (IC3) or equivalent proficiency. Registrants will be expected to have these skills and if they do not experience success during the course delivery due to a lack in this knowledge area, the attendee risks losing refund and course completion eligibility. Additional proficiency should include:
- Microsoft Excel (familiar with data entry, formulas, common file types, etc)
- Microsoft Word (familiar with word processing, common file types, and style Sheets)
- Basic Accountancy/ Bookkeeping
